Hi there...
Miss me already ??
Yeah, long time no posting..

A few days ago, i was joined 'PASKIBRAKA' at my school..
And i just realized that one thing that very very important, my HEIGHT.
Indirectly it just so annoying me....

And then i did some research..
And thanks to Mr. Google, i got some tips to get taller.. and here it is...
Just get ur note and write it down..

First,
U have to know, why u have problem with ur height..
Mostly, the cause are :
-hormonal
-less of exercise
-less calcium
-offspring
-disease
-virus

Secondly,
Fix all the cause by following some of this tips :

EXERCISE
Exercise more and standing activity
A good exercises to increase height :
-basketball
-swimming
-jumping rope

NUTRITION
Inadequate intake of nutrients and vitamins. Adequate nutrition will be very helpful. Always provide a menu of vegetables especially those containing iron and calcium in ur food menu.

For example, spinach, mustard greens, etc..
and drink milk to earn more calcium..

REST
Try to sleep 8 hours a day and avoid staying up late.

DRUGS (!)
Drug consumption improvement body on regular basis in accordance with the recommended dose..


(but i think it would be better without drugs)

How to permanently delete your facebook account !

 Ever tried to leave Facebook and found out they only allow you to "deactivate" your account? All your personal data, including photos, interests, friends etc will still be saved indefinitely! You don’t have to be a conspiracist to find this quite fishy (or simply annoying)!

Maybe you see no reason to leave Facebook yet?
In any case, information about how to close an account should be easily available to all members. Join this group to keep the information handy the day you appreciate your privacy more than updating long lost “friends” of your life.

HOW TO DELETE (long version)

Click "Submit" and follow the instructions

Your account will be deactivated for two weeks, and if you DO NOT USE FACEBOOK IN ANY WAY during that period, your account is permanently deleted. 

I REPEAT: Your profile isn't deleted right away! You must NOT log in to, or interact in any other way with Facebook for at least two weeks, as it will cancel the deletion request.
